Lupin Constructions LLCSOUTH FLORIDA

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you plan a pool with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Effective September 26, 2025 · South Florida

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your name, email, phone, or project details, and we do not share them for cross-context advertising. We use them to answer you and to carry out a project you ask us to start.

01Scope of this policy

This policy applies to lupinconstruction.com and to information you give Lupin Construction LLC when you configure a pool, request a consultation, or write to us about a project.

It does not apply to a manufacturer, a county portal, or another site we link to. Those sites have their own policies.

02Information we collect

You give us information when you fill in a form or use the builder. That can include your name, email address, phone number, project address, and the message you write.

The builder also records the choices you make, such as shape, size, finish, coping, deck, lighting, and extras. Those choices are part of the request you send.

The site may also receive technical data your browser sends, such as the pages you open and a general location derived from your IP address, so the pages can load and so we can keep the site reliable.

03Project and property information

A pool design depends on the property. If you share an address, photos, a survey, or notes about access, drainage, or existing structures, we use that information to see whether the pool you want can be built there.

Please do not send someone else’s personal information unless you have their permission to share it with us.

04How we use information

We use your information to reply to you, prepare a proposal, schedule a visit, produce drawings, pull a permit, and build the pool you hire us to build.

We also use it to keep records of the project, to meet tax and contractor requirements, and to improve the website. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of our visitors.

05Phone, text, and email consent

If you give us a phone number or an email address, you agree that we may contact you about the request you submitted. Messages may be sent by phone, text, or email.

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time. We may still contact you about a project that is underway, a payment, or a record we are required to keep.

06Cookies and analytics

The site may store a small amount of data in your browser to remember a language choice or to understand which pages are used. That data is used to run the site, not to follow you across other companies’ websites.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may affect how the site remembers the language you picked.

07Service providers and disclosures

We share information with people who help us do the work you asked for: engineers, surveyors, permit runners, equipment suppliers, and the software that hosts this website and delivers form messages.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, when a county asks for it as part of a permit, or when we need to protect the safety of a job site. Those providers may only use the information for that purpose.

08No selling or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share it with third parties so they can advertise to you on other sites.

If this practice ever changes, we will update this policy and, where Florida law requires it, ask you before we do.

09Data security and retention

We keep project records for as long as the business, the warranty, and Florida contractor rules require, and then we delete or archive them. A proposal you never proceed with is kept only as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the request.

No website transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send account passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.

10Florida and US privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it when we are not required to keep it.

To make a request, use the contact details below. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

11Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults who are planning a property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version. The new version applies from that date.
